2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• Reservations must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Cancellation policies vary by room type and rate plan. Please review your confirmation email for specific cancellation terms.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for accommodations, services, and any applicable taxes must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking.

• All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, amenities, or damages.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are specific to each booking type and rate plan:

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds for cancellations or modifications.
• Group Bookings: Special cancellation terms apply. Please refer to your group contract.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate behavior and respecting other guests and hotel property.
• Complying with all hotel policies, including smoking restrictions and noise regulations.
• Reporting any damages or issues to hotel staff immediately.
• Providing valid identification upon check-in.

6. Hotel Liability

Belere Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while on hotel premises, except where such loss, damage, or injury results from the hotel\'s negligence. The hotel is not responsible for items left in guest rooms or public areas.
