Step 3: Specify Your Request
In your request, please clearly state:

- Which specific data you want deleted (or "all personal data")
- Any account numbers, booking references, or other identifiers that can help us locate your data
Step 4: Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the data suppression process within 30 days, as required by law. In complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days, and we will inform you of any delay.
Important Exceptions
Please note that we may be required to retain certain information in the following circumstances:
- Legal obligations: We must retain data required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
- Active bookings: Data related to current or upcoming reservations may be retained until after your stay
- Legal claims: Information necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
- Public interest: Data required for public health, scientific, or historical research purposes
- Anonymized data: We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
What Happens After Suppression?
Once your data suppression request is processed:
- Your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
- We will remove you from our marketing communications
- Your account will be deactivated (if applicable)
- We will confirm the completion of your request in writing
- Note: Some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period, but will be deleted during our regular backup rotation
Alternative Options
If you don\'t want to delete all your data, you may also:
- Request access to your data (data portability)
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt out of marketing communications only
- Request restriction of processing
